These terms and conditions (the “Conditions”) apply to www.wildlikeher.co.uk (the “Website”) which is operated by Wild Like Her Limited, a company registered in England and Wales with registered number 11318647 and registered office at 11 Court Field, Tetbury, GL8 8LF. For the purposes of these Conditions, “you” shall be the person accessing the Website and “we” or “us” refers to Wild Like Her Limited. By accessing the Website you agree to accept the Conditions. If you do not agree with the Conditions, you should not use or access the Website.

Conditions of sale

The following terms and conditions will apply between you and Wild Like Her Limited, when you purchase a product/s (“Product/s”) from us. 

Product Description and colour

We have made every effort to display the colours of our Products as accurately as possible. However, as the actual colours you see will depend on your monitor, we cannot accept responsibility for any variation in colour caused by the browser software or computer system used by you. All descriptions, photographs, specifications or illustrations contained on the Wild Like Her website are issued or published for the sole purpose of giving an approximate idea of the products described on the website and will not form part of the contract with you and no warranty or guarantee shall be expressed or implied in the contract with you in this regard.

All sizes and measurements are approximate; however we do make every effort to ensure they are as accurate as possible. Every effort has been made in order to ensure that all details, descriptions and prices of products are correct at the time when the relevant information was entered onto the system.

Acceptance of orders

Once you have checked out and your order has been confirmed we must receive payment of the full total price for the products that you order before your order can be accepted. Once payment has been received by us we will confirm that your order has been accepted by sending an email to you at the email address you provide in your order.

We reserve the right to refuse an order or cancel a contract. Non-acceptance of an order or cancellation of a contract may, for example, result from one of the following:

  1. The Product ordered being temporarily or permanently out of stock
  2. Our inability to obtain authorisation of payment
  3. The identification of an error within the product information, including price or promotion.

If there are any problems with your order we shall contact you. If we do refuse an order or cancel your contract we will notify you by e-mail and will re-credit your account any sum deducted by us from your debit/credit card as soon as possible but in any event within 7 days of your order. We will not be obliged to offer any additional compensation for disappointment suffered.

If we accept an order from you for a product which is then reduced in the sale before you receive it, please contact us. We will tell you whether or not the product has been dispatched and the following provisions shall apply:

* If the product has not been dispatched, we will refund to you the difference between the price you paid and the then current sale price, subject to our right to cancel set out above.

* If the Product has been dispatched, then when you receive the product, you should return it in accordance with the returns policy requesting a refund and then re-order the product at the sale price.

Special Offers and Discount Codes

Only one special offer/discount code or free delivery offer may be used per order unless stated otherwise and such codes are valid for one transaction only. Special offers/discount codes cannot be used in conjunction with any other discount, offer or voucher. Special offers/discount codes are not transferable and should not be distributed to the wider public; they should not be sold on auction sites for profit or reproduced on any website. No cash or any other alternative can be given. Special offers/discount codes exclude any charge for home delivery. We reserve the right to remove or amend conditions of special offers/discount codes as necessary; this does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer. Special offers/discount codes for free delivery apply to the standard UK delivery service only.

Mobile Terms of Service

The Wild Like Her mobile message service (the "Service") is operated by Wild Like Her (“Wild Like Her”, “we”, or “us”). Your use of the Service constitutes your agreement to these terms and conditions (“Mobile Terms”). We may modify or cancel the Service or any of its features without notice. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we may also modify these Mobile Terms at any time and your continued use of the Service following the effective date of any such changes shall constitute your acceptance of such changes.

By consenting to Wild Like Her’s SMS/text messaging service, you agree to receive recurring SMS/text messages from and on behalf of Wild Like Her through your wireless provider to the mobile number you provided, even if your mobile number is registered on any state or federal Do Not Call list. Text messages may be sent using an automatic telephone dialing system or other technology. Service-related messages may include updates, alerts, and information (e.g., order updates, account alerts, etc.). Promotional messages may include promotions, specials, and other marketing offers (e.g., cart reminders).

You understand that you do not have to sign up for this program in order to make any purchases, and your consent is not a condition of any purchase with Wild Like Her. Your participation in this program is completely voluntary.

We do not charge for the Service, but you are responsible for all charges and fees associated with text messaging imposed by your wireless provider. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Check your mobile plan and contact your wireless provider for details. You are solely responsible for all charges related to SMS/text messages, including charges from your wireless provider.

You may opt-out of the Service at any time. Text the single keyword command STOP to WildLikeHer or click the unsubscribe link (where available) in any text message to cancel. You'll receive a one-time opt-out confirmation text message. No further messages will be sent to your mobile device, unless initiated by you. If you have subscribed to other Wild Like Her mobile message programs and wish to cancel, except where applicable law requires otherwise, you will need to opt out separately from those programs by following the instructions provided in their respective mobile terms.

We may change any short code or telephone number we use to operate the Service at any time and will notify you of these changes. You acknowledge that any messages, including any STOP or HELP requests, you send to a short code or telephone number we have changed may not be received and we will not be responsible for honoring requests made in such messages.

The wireless carriers supported by the Service are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. You agree to provide us with a valid mobile number. If you get a new mobile number, you will need to sign up for the program with your new number.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree that we will not be liable for failed, delayed, or misdirected delivery of any information sent through the Service, any errors in such information, and/or any action you may or may not take in reliance on the information or Service.
